The website introduces our business and planned software. Our business messaging platform is under development, and public customer onboarding is not yet open. Descriptions of planned features are not a commitment to availability, launch dates, pricing or third-party approval.

Contacting us or visiting this website does not create a paid service agreement. Any customer pilot, platform access or commercial service will be governed by a separate agreement.

2. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful information and business enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to share.

3. Third-party platforms and AI

Planned WhatsApp integrations depend on Meta's approval, permissions, applicable policies and customer account eligibility. This website does not grant API access or authorise access to any third-party account.

PACOZ is independent of Meta and WhatsApp and does not currently claim approved Tech Provider or partner status. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Future AI-assisted features may make mistakes and will require suitable business oversight. Their intended use and review arrangements will be described in the applicable service agreement.

4. Information and intellectual property

We aim to keep website information accurate, but it may change. Website content is provided for general information. PACOZ's original website content and branding may not be used to misrepresent an affiliation or endorsement.
