Request data deletion

You can request deletion of personal information that PACOZ holds about you by contacting our privacy team.

How to make a request

1. Email info@pacoz.com with the subject PACOZ Data Deletion Request.
2. Use the email address you previously contacted us from, where possible. Describe the information you want deleted and include relevant dates or an enquiry reference.
3. If you represent another person or business, explain your authority. Do not include passwords, access tokens or identity documents in the initial request.

What happens next

We will review the request, verify your identity or authority where necessary, and identify the information we hold. We will reply with the scope and expected timeframe, or explain any additional information needed.

Once verified, we will delete or anonymise information that is no longer required. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, unresolved disputes or backup recovery. Where this applies, we will explain the reason and relevant retention arrangements. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Future customer integrations

Before connecting a customer account, we will publish the actual platform deletion and authorisation-revocation procedures. If data is processed for a business customer, we may need to coordinate with that business to confirm its instructions.

Deleting information held by PACOZ does not delete copies held independently by Meta, WhatsApp or another business. Those parties have their own request procedures.
